Title: Chemical Warehouse Office Assistant
Department: Agronomy
Reports To: Branch Manager
Job Summary:
To provide financial, clerical and administrative support services to the Branch Location to ensure efficient, timely and accurate accounting of invoices, inventory and daily deposits and general office work.
Summary of essential job functions:
- Customer Service-answer phones, greet customers and counter sales using AgTrax
- Complete daily cash reports and daily deposits per company policy
- Generate tickets for outbound fertilizer product
- Sort and compile daily invoices to be sent to Main Office
- Prepare and sort inter-company mail
- Assist with monthly inventory and receiving inventory into AgTrax
- Daily use of spreadsheets-Excel
- Work in Warehouse loading and unloading inventory
- Assist in repack area
- Clean office and bathroom spaces
- Assist as needed in dispatching of spray rigs and trucks
- Maintain regular consistent and professional attendance, punctuality, personal appearance and adherence to relevant policies and procedures.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, supervisors and customers.
- Filing as needed
- All other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements:
- One year experience in office
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office- Excel, Word, Outlook
- CDL Class A with Hazmat endorsement or ability to get one within six months of hire
Preferred Requirements:
- AgTrax experience
- Ability to operate a forklift if needed
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
- Must be able to twist, turn, bend, squat, climb ladders
